Mobor Beach is a lovely stretch of golden sands skirting the aquamarine waters of the Arabian Sea. It was practically unheard of till 1980s. Around 1980s, this pristine beach was discovered by the tourists and started gaining popularity. It is a public beach and is amply provided with the beach umbrellas and chairs. It is situated close to the famous Colva Beach. A major factor that attracts the tourists to this place is its serenity and less crowded atmosphere.

Mobor beach is a haven of travellers who love adventure sports. It is famous for the water sports facilities available. The tourists can indulge in speedboat rides or on more of adventurous activities like jet skiing, water skiing, banana rides, bump rides, parasailing and windsurfing. These activities are organized besides the Betty Palace. Also, there are bikes available on hire. One of the most popular activities among the tourists is to ride the bike along the beach.

How to Reach

The nearest airport is Dabolim, an international airport that is 68 kilometres away from Colva. Mobor is situated close to Colva. Taxi or buses can be opted for, to reach Mobor. The railway station nearest to Mobor is Karmali. Taxis can be hired from Karmali to reach Mobor. Another option is to travel down to Colva first and then commute down to Mobor.
